As well offering the Support Services below we can also install and configure new hardware and software. We can supply / build and install onsite all types of IT hardware from a memory upgrade through to users pc and server builds. We only supply equipment from top suppliers such as Dell, IBM and HP. We can also supply and install printers and other peripherals. Whatever your requirements we can supply the most appropriate and effective solution.

We can supply, install and configure various software and applications such as Operating Systems, Office Productivity Software, Anti Virus etc. If you have an application that needs to be installed then we can install it on servers and user pcs as required.

PC Support

The PC is the users gateway to the data required to run your business as well as giving them the tools to perform their job in an efficient and productive manner. A poorly performing pc can reduce this efficiency and productivity sometimes to nothing. This costs money, can reduce morale and the effects can radiate out from the user for example... the order can't be picked in the warehouse until the order has been entered, but if the order entry person's pc is 'playing up' the orders aren't being entered as quickly as they could so the warehouse staff have to wait.

Support Technologies

We utilise various remote access tools to ensure that we can deal with any issues promptly and without having to travel to site. This saves both time and travel expenses. These tools require a modem connection as a minimum. The configuration of these is included with all support services.
